الملخص

L’aéroport de Biskra connait durant les dernières années une augmentation du trafic aerie et du nombre d’aéronefs, pour cela on a fait des études statistiques, ces derniers montrent qu faut créer une nouvelle approche proposée au niveau de Biskra pour gérer mieux le trafic garantir la sécurité des vols et diminuer la charge du gestionnaire. L’élaboration de cette approche nécessite de réaliser les SID et STAR afin de gérer le flu de trafic.

The airport of Biskra knows during the last years an increase in the air traffic and number of aircraft, for that one made statistical studies, the latter show that it is necessary to create an new approach suggested on the level of Biskra to manage the traffic best and to guarantee the safety of the flights and to decrease the load of the air-traffic controller. The development of this approach requires to carry out the SID and STAR in order to manage the flow of traffic.
