الملخص

En Octobre 2016, une nouvelle version de la norme ISO/TS a vu le jour portant comme nouveau nom « l’IATF 16949 ». Microtechnic International Tunisie (MIT), entreprise monégasque spécialisée dans l’injection et l’assemblage de pièces plastiques pour automobile, certifiée ISO/TS, devrait mettre en place cette nouvelle version en vue de préparer son audit de reconduction prévu en Novembre 2017. C’est dans ce cadre que j’ai choisi de prendre ce thème d’actualité comme sujet de mon PFE. L’objectif du projet est d’aider MIT à améliorer son niveau de conformité à la nouvelle version de la norme. La démarche consiste à faire un diagnostic de l’existant par rapport aux exigences de la norme IATF. Les écarts font l’objet de plan d’action. Suite à la mise en place des actions décidées, nous réévaluons le niveau de conformité pour pouvoir déterminer l’apport de notre travail dans l’atteinte de l’objectif de l’entreprise.

in October 2016, a new version of the ISO/TS standard was published with the new name "IATF 16949".Microtechnic International Tunisie(MIT), a Monegasque company specialized in the molding injection and assembly of automotive plastic parts, certified ISO/TS, is expected to implement this new version in order to prepare its renewal audit scheduled for November 2017.It is in this context that I choose this topic as subject for my project of the end of studies. The objective of the project is to help MIT to improve its compliance according to the new version of the standard. The approach consists in making a diagnosis of the situation in relation to the requirements of the IATF standard, to prepare an action plan and to help the company to implement new requirements. في أكتوبر 6102، ظهرت نسخة جديدة من المواصفات العالمية ISO / TSمع اسم جديد "IATF 16949"ميكروتكنيك انتارناسيونال تونس هي شركة متخصصة في صناعة قطع من البلاستيك لصناعة السيارات، ينبغي أن ترسي هذا الإصدار الجديد من أجل إعداد مراجعته المقرر إجراؤها في نوفمبر 6102.وفي هذا السياق، اخترت هذا التمشي كموضوع لمشروع نهاية الدراسة للحصول على شهادة الماجستير المهني في التحديث الأمثل للمؤسسات. ويهدف المشروع إلى مساعدة الشركة على تحسين مستوى الامتثال للإصدار الجديد من المواصفة IATF.
