الملخص

Ce travail présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment en R+12 de forme irrégulière, en plan et en élévation, à usage multiple, implanté dans la wilaya d'Alger. Cette étude se compose de quatre parties. La première partie est consacrée à la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, Ensuite le prédimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. La deuxième partie a été consacrée aux calculs des éléments secondaires (l’escalier, poutrelles, planchers, ascenseur et l’acrotère). L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par SAP2000 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique). La dernière partie comprend le dimensionnement des différents éléments structuraux (fondation, poteaux, poutres, voile). Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 modifiée 99 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.

This work presents a detailed study of a building in R + 12 of irregular shape, plan and elevation, multiple use, located in the wilaya of Algiers. This study consists of four parts. The first part is devoted to the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the project building elements with a presentation of the characteristics of the materials, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads. The second part was devoted to the calculations of the secondary elements (the staircase, joists, floors, elevator and the acroterium). Thedynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by SAP2000 in order to determine the different loading loads (permanent load, operating load and seismic load). The last part includes the dimensioning of the various structural elements (foundation, columns, beams, and veil). This, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 modified 99 and Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
