الملخص

Ce travail a pour objectif de présenter le mécanisme de titrisation, de mettre en évidence les limites qui empêchent sa réalisation en Algérie, ainsi que les conditions de sa réussite, nous avons effectué notre stage au sein de la Société de Refinancement Hypothécaire. Nous avons fait une simulation d’une opération de titrisation, en analysant un portefeuille des créances hypothécaires de la CNEP-Banque de 2016-2018. Les résultats indiquent que cette opération est un montage financier complexe ; nécessite l’intervention de plusieurs acteurs, ainsi qu’elle a un impacte positif aux niveaux des banques en termes de fonds propres dégagés.
