الملخص

يتناول موضوع الدراسة في هذا البحث دور التخطيط الإذاعي في إدارة الازمات الأمنية وتكمن المشكلة في مدى أهمية وضرورة الدور الذي تلعبه الأجهزة الإعلامية في نشر الحقائق وتثقيف الجمهور وبلورة راي عام موحد يساعد على تماسك الجبهة الداخلية ،وتنبع أهمية البحث في تنبع أهمية البحث في إسهام التخطيط الإذاعي في تطوير الأساليب العلمية في إدارة الأزمات .كما يهدف البحث للوصول لأهداف واضحة لإعلام إذاعة ساهرون والتعرف على الاسس العلمية للإدارة الأعلامية للازمات الأمنية وقياس مدى إلإلتزام بالقيم والمعايير المهنية في تغطية الأحداث الأمنية ،وكانت تساؤلات البحث كالأتي :1- ماهو دور التخطيط الإذاعي في تمليك المواطن المعلومات الدقيقة عن الأزمات المستقبلية ؟ 2-ماهو دور الإدارة في الإهتمام بوضع الخطط المستقبلية للبرامج التفاعلية في حل الأزمات في الإذاعة ؟ 3- ماهو التطور الذي أحدثه التخطيط تجاه الأزمات ؟ ، واتبع الباحث المنهج التكاملي يضم العديد من المناهج ( الوصفي – التاريخي – التحليلي ) واستفاد الباحث من أدوات جمع المعلومات ( صحيفة الإستبيان والمقابلة ) وتثم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول كل فصل يحتوي على ثلاثة مباحث كما يلي :يتناول الفصل الأول الأطار المنهجي للبحث ويتناول الفصل الثاني الاطار النظري للبحث ، ويتناول الفصل الثالث النشأة والهيكل التنظيمي لإذاعة ساهرون ، وقد خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن التخطيط الإذاعى احدث تطوراً فى إدارة الازمة وذلك من خلال الاستعداد لمواجهة الازمات المفاجئة والتعامل بطريقة سريعه مع الازمة كما انه يقلل من مخاطر الازمات . وأوصى البحث بضرورة التخطيط العلمي لإدارة الازمات الأمنية في إذاعة ساهرون بالاضافة إلى تكوين إدارة أو قسم مختص بإدارة الأزمات الأمنية وتدريب وتأهيل العاملين في إدارة الأزمات الأمنية .

ترجمة الملخص

The subject of study in this research addresses the role of broadcast planning, in the security crisis management. The problem of the study, lies in the importance and necessity of the role played by the media in the dissemination of facts, educate the public, and to develop a unified public opinion helps the cohesion of the internal front. The importance of search stems in the contribution of broadcast planning in the development of practical methods in crisis management. The research aims to reach clear goals to the information of Radio Saheron, To identify the scientific basis for media management for security crises, and measuring the extent of the commitment to the values and professional standards in security events coverage. The research questions are as follows:1-What is the role broadcast planning, in the titling the citizen accurate information for future crises.2-What is the role of management in the interest in the development of future plans for interactive programs in resolving crises on the radio?3-What is a development which planning made towards a crisis? The researcher followed integrative approach. It includes many of the approaches (descriptive - historical - analytical). The researcher benefited from the information gathering tools (questionnaire and interview). The research was divided into three chapters; each chapter contains three sections, as follows: The first chapter deals with, methodological framework of the research. The second chapter deals with the theoretical framework. The third chapter is about the starting and organizational structure of the radio Saheron. The research found several results, the most important of them:That the broadcast planning, making development in managing the crisis, through the willingness to face sudden crises, and to deal quickly with the crisis, it also reduces the risk of crises.The research recommended to the necessity of scientific planning for the management of security crises in Saheron Radio, in addition to the establishment of management or a specialist division managing security crises, and the training and qualifying of the employees who work in the security crisis management.
