الملخص

Dans un contexte économique difficile, l’amélioration de la productivité en agissant sur le triptyque "process, produits et services" s’avère être un besoin pressant et un axe stratégique de croissance à très fort potentiel pour PM-ELCOM qui devrait faire face aux fortes pressions sociales et concurrenctielles. Afin de contribuer à répondre à cette problématique, le présent stage de fin d’études a été consacré à la mise en place d’un bureau des méthodes et industrialisation au sein de la Sté PM-ELCOM. Cette démarche a englobé l’implatation de la fonction méthodes, l’allocation des ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à son bon fonctionnement et sa mise en production à travers des actions concrètes qui ont touché l’amélioration de la productivité d’un groupe pilote de cadres et la mise en oeuvre de l’AMDEC PROCESS au niveau d’une ligne de production

In such a difficult economic environment, PM-ELCOM has to maintain its competitiveness and increase its efficiency despite of the strong social and competitive pressures. Improving productivity by acting on the triptych "processes, products and services" proves to be both an urgent need and an important strategic growth path with huge potential for the company. In order to solve this issue, the present internship project was devoted to the setting up of a methods and industrialization office within PM-ELCOM. This approach included the implementation of the methods function, the allocation of the human and material resources required for its proper functioning as well as the implementation two actions de signed and monitored by the methods team related to time management emprouvement of a pilot group of executives and to the enactment of the FMEA PROCESS at a production line level.
