ترجمة الملخص

n this thesis, our main concern is focused on the preparation of special types of welding alloys, Which can replace the lead-contained alloys (Sn-Pb)that are used in welding the electronic joints, such a Welding process can be attained through the processes of the preparation and the study of adding the small sample metal elements. Their effect on the mechanical and physical properties related to the eutectic binary(Sn96.5Ag3.5)and the ternary Alloys (Sn96Sb2Cu2)proposed by the rapid cooling techniques (the melt spinning technique), from low-Welding pointmetal elements, Such elements should include the tin as one of their components. The tin should be greater in quantity than silver , copper and antimony.2. experimental procedures During this paper binary , ternary and quadric allays have been prepaid in the rapid cooling technique (the melt spinning technique) using single copper roller, A binary tin-silver (Sn96.5Ag3.5) alloy has already been prepared . Then, Zinc with different light weights has been added to the binary alloy, Hence ternary alloys have been formed(Sn95.5 Ag3.5Znx(whereas (X=1,2.5,3 (as for The second group, it consists of the ternary allays (Sn88Sb10Cu2) to which the metal elements have been added (Ag ,Zn, Cd) and the following table (1) shows the structure of the prepared alloys showing their weight on the percentage basis. The first group The second groupSn96.5 Ag3.5Sn88 Sb10 Cu2Sn 95.5 Ag 3.5 Zn1Sn86 Sb10 Cu2 Ag2Sn 94Ag 3.5Zn 2.5Sn86 Sb10 Cu2 Cd2Sn 93.5Ag 3.5 Zn3Sn86 Sb10 Cu2 Zn2Table (1) the structure of the prepared alloys After studying the mechanical and physical properties of all alloys, it has been found out that (Sn95.5Ag3.5Znx) alloy is better than the first group alloys prepared through the rapid cooling technique, that is because it is distinguished by the fact that it enjoys good physical and industrial properties such as (high electrical conductivity , low –melting points). It has always been found that the alloy )2(Ag SSC is the best because it enjoys the best electrical quality resistance.3. Conclusions1-The rapid cooling technique alloys (the spinning melting technique) have a crystal structure with Nano small samples .2-As the melted material undergoing the rapid cooling technique to form structures such as 1139SnCu 56SnCu Sn Sb Sn SbCu3are formed accordingly , they cannot be formed otherwise
