الملخص

Parmi les symptômes majeurs qui affecte le pétrole brut lors de son distillation pour obtenir les produits finaux ce sont les acides gras libres (AGL) qui diminuent la qualité d'huile et par conséquence un rendement minimum dans le terme des produits, Nous avons proposé une solution à ce problème en utilisant les matériaux zéolithes déjà utilisé comme catalyseurs dans le domaine du reformage catalytique pour augmenter l'indice d'octane, c'est l'estérification de ces acides pour les convertir en biodiesel (ester alcoolique). Les zéolithes ZSM-5 sont synthétisées par une méthode conventionnelle modifiée et caractérisées par DRX et TF IR. من بين المشاكل الأساسية التي يعانيها البترول الخام أثناء عملية تقطيره للحصول على منتجاته هي وجود الأحماض الذهنية الحرة التي تؤثر بشدة في مردوده كما ونوعا . في هدا العمل اقترحنا حلا يتمثل في أسترة هده الأحماض للحصول على الاستر الذي هو وقود حيوي حيث تم تحفيز التفاعل بمادة الزيوليت المستخدم أصلا في التكرير كمحفز . هذه المادة تم تصنيعها من طرفنا بطريقة تقليدية معدلة ودراسة خصائصها باستخدام حيود الأشعة السنية ومطيافية الأشعة تحت الحمراء From the major symptoms which affect the oil in its distillation to get final productions is the Free Fatty Acids (FFA) which increase the quality this oil productions. We proposed a solution to this problem with alcoholic esterification to get biodiesel (Ester) catalyzed with zéolithe materials. This material is synthesized by modified conventional method and characterized with XRD and FT IR
