The problem with the quality of service in transferring multimedia data is one of the most important problems facing networks today Which is characterized by increased demand for the use of interactive social media in real time and increased demand for Internet service and diversity of user requirements such as downloading multimedia data, watching video, and others over the network. In order to overcome these problems and to improve the process of transferring multimedia data to reach a good level of speed Transfer data while maintaining the lowest possible level of errors and overcoming the most influential problems on the field Such as time delay, loss of data, etc., we have developed and analyzed multimedia data transfer systems and solutions Optimized technology using effective scheduling of real time protocols. Several interrelated phases were investigated. In the beginning, a theoretical and analytical study was conducted on the studies Bookmark under this search. Within these stages, the scheduling algorithms were compared and compared to real-time scheduling which had a significant impact on quality of service in the research. We also analyzed the results obtained by using these results Algorithms on the scenarios presented to the study using the OPNET OPNET. The study was conducted on three relatively symmetrical networks in the structure with a different number of first hard ware devices with a device 10 devices with ten devices and three 100 devices with 100 devices. Several scenarios were studied on three types of scheduling FIFO, PQ, WFQ and with different resolutions of the size of the video transmission such as 120 * Pixel 128 Pixel 241 * 120 Pixel 252 * 241 and we got a lot Of the results that supported the idea of research and help determine the optimal scheduling quality to improve the reality of multimedia data transmission .It was concluded at the end of the research that the optimal scheduling algorithm is the PQ algorithm that is suitable for all scenarios
