الملخص

Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage multiple constitué d'un RDC plus (8) étages, implanté à la wilaya de TIARET. Cette région est classée en zone de faible sismicité I selon le RPA99 version 2003. En utilisant règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99),cette étude entame la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux ,ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure ,la descente des charges . Et calcul des éléments principaux (poteaux ,poutres et voiles) et secondaires (poutrelles, balcons ,escaliers,acrotère, planchers) et en suite une étude dynamique de la structure avec le logiciel ETABS, afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d'exploitation et charge sismique) . Et en fin on termine notre travail avec uneconclusion générale.

This project presents a detailed study of a building for residential use consisting of a ground floor plus (8) floors, located at the wilaya of TIARET. This region is classified as a low seismicity zone III according to RPA99 version 2003. Using calculation regulations and verification of reinforced concrete (RPA99V2003 and B.A.E.L91 modified),this study starts the general description of the project with a presentation of the characteristics of the materials, then the pre-size of the structure, the descent of the charges . and calculation of the main elements (poles, beams and sails) and secondary elements (beams, balconies, stairs, acrotera, floors) In the end we have a dynamic study of the structure with the ETABS software, in order to determine the different load loads (permanent, operating and seismic loads), and we complete the work with a general conclusion.
