ترجمة الملخص

The international Internet net work has offered many advantagesand services in the domain of the edition and the transfer ofinformation. It has played an important role in the development of themethods of information emission and retrieval, as well as in theimprovement of communication. This has led to a strong growth onthe level of use and applications on the network with, however theemergence of some overstepping and problems that increase quicklyand continually.hence, our study has treated the moral and judicial problemscalled up around the internet network. The moral problems concernsome overstepping that the user carries out by himself, or faces on thenetwork, and that are related to the exploitation of the person'sprivacy and the secret information reserved for different networks andorganisms. The juridicial problems concern the violations of theintellectual's properties of the publications, data-banks and the databases on the network, as well as, the different digital products. Inaddition to this, various other problems are caused when using theinternet.Through the elaboration of this research, we have attempted tohandle the consequences that result from the intrusion of persons andinstitutions in the international network and its impact on our simple,wehave know the researchers reality at the university MentouriConstantine haw from our simple, we have identified there degree ofawareness and their behaviour vis-à-vis these questions, so that wecan find out solutions for protecting the network and the users eitherby intraducing different technical and technological procedures or bypassing a legislation that protects the rights of researchers andinformation publishers in addition to any digital product via theinternet.
