الملخص

Ce mémoire se porte sur l’élaboration d’un nouveau schéma de circulation aérienne pour l’aérodrome de Hassi Messaoud ; structuré principalement sur une nouvelle attente point fixe au nord du terrain, à cet issu il a été conçu des arrivées normalisées aux instruments STAR joignants cette dernière ; et des départs normalisés aux instruments SID ainsi qu’une procédure d’approche VOR/DME pour le seuil 18.Cette étude a été établie afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels des usagers de l’espace aérien dans le but de remédier aux contraintes causées par le schéma de circulation aérienne existant et en comblant ces lacunes.
