This study aims to shed light on Democracy in present and past, the bases on which it was established, its Goals, and its process of implementation in the Islamic world. In addition to its potential application in the frame work of Sharia’ boundaries, the causes that call for its application in the Islamic world and the feelings of apprehensions of those who oppose it. The researcher has addressed the Sharia’ boundaries for applying Democracy in the Islamic world with a detailed and an analyticapproach providing evidence and Inferences. The researcher has utilized the historical and critical approach in gathering his data and came up with the following results:Democracy is an atheist, infidel system that has covenants and charters that do notstop.In regard to applying democracy the people has split to three groups. One has accepted it with no conditions, another is refusing it completely. The third group accepts it but with certain conditions. This constitutes a big impediment for all parties and a source of dispute and may never agree on something that satieties all parties.Applying democracy according to Sharia’ boundaries requires more research and detachment from the west first before starting to utilize the democratic systems that comply with the Islamic Sharia’.The researcher has listed some ideas to utilize democratic systems that comply with the Islamic Sharia’.
