الملخص

L’objectif assigné à cette étude c’est le contrôle de la qualité Physico-chimiques et Bactériologique des eaux de sources prélevés à partir de trois sites différents (Beni Ali, Ain Tirayeur et centre glacier) situées dans la région centrale du Parc National de Chréa dans la wilaya de Blida.Nous avons déterminé durant notre étude les paramètres physico-chimiques qui sont : (température, pH, conductivité, la turbidité, chlorure, dureté, ammonium, nitrite).et les paramètres bactériologiques qui est représenté dans la recherche et le dénombrement des germes de contamination. On a recherché les bactéries (Coliforme totaux, Coliforme fécaux, streptocoques fécaux) et quelques germes pathogènes (salmonelles et vibrions cholériques) et les germes résistances (Anaérobie sulfito-réductrice).Les résultats du suivi de la qualité physico-chimique ont montré que les eaux des sources restent de bonne potabilité chimique et les valeurs ne dépassent pas la norme Algérienne de Journal Officiel de la République Algérienne.Les résultats bactériologiques indiquent la présence de germes indicateurs de contamination fécale avec des faibles charges dans les trois sources durant les mois de mars et avril, cette présence est due probablement au changement climatique (la pluie) plus l’activité humaine présente dans ces régions.

The objective assigned to this study is the control of the Bacteriological and Physico-chemical quality of the spring water collected from three different sites (Ben Ali, Ain Tirayeur and centre glacier) located in the central region of the National Park of Chréa (PNC).We determined during our study the physicochemical parameters which are: (temperature,pH, conductivity, turbidity, chloride, hardness, ammonium, nitrite). And the bacteriological parameters which is represented in the research and the enumeration of contamination germs. We have studied bacteria: (Total coliforms, faecal coliforms, faecal streptococci) and some pathogenic germs (salmonella and cholera vibrios) and resistance germs (sulfite-reducing anaerobic).The results of the monitoring of the physicochemical quality showed that the spring waters remain of good chemical potability and the values do not exceed the Algerian standard of the Official Journal of the Algerian Republic.Bacteriological results indicate the presence of germs indicative of faecal contamination with low loads in the three sources during the months of March and April, this presence is probably due to climate change (rain) plus human activity present in these regions.
