الملخص

Les entreprises ont récemment connu plusieurs développements, ce qui a créé une concurrence entre eux, Pour assurer la continuité de la concurrence, ils doivent améliorer leurs services et assurer l’automatisation de la circulation des informations dans l’entreprise. Pour cela, on propose l’utilisation du workflow comme une solution pour gérer les différent es tâches par exemple la gestion des demandes de congés de leur personnel (notre cadre d’étude)et comme cette entreprise est gérée par des personnes vivantes côte-à-côte, on profite des systèmes multi-agents pour les simuler. Donc, l’objectif de ce mémoire est de développer une application qui gère la gestion des congés annuels à l’aide d’un modèle workflow via les systèmes multi-agents à partir des quels nous avons mis en place un prototype permettant de concrétiser le processus de demande de congé annuel à base d’agents intelligents développés sous la plate-forme Jade.

Companies have recently experienced several developments, which has created competition between them, to ensure the continuity of competition, they must improve their services and have the automation of the circulation of information in the company. For this, we propose the use of the workflow as a solution to manage the different tasks, for example the management of the leave requests of their staff (our study framework) and as this company is managed by people living side-by-side coast, we take advantage of multi-agent systems to simulate them. So the objective of this thesis is to develop an application that manages the management of annual vacations using a workflow model via multi-agent systems where we have set up a prototype to concretize the application process. Annual vacation based on intelligent agents developed under the Jade platform.
