ترجمة الملخص

This study aimed to illustrate the restrictions that are related to foreign arbitral award enforcement in Jordan, The quality of arbitration awards lies in its enforceability which formsan additional guarantee and reassurance to arbitrations process. This study follows the importance of providing the arbitrators with additional guarantees, security and reassurance that the judgment will not be lost and not executed for certain reasons. This study utilized descriptive and analytical research methods. Moreover, to compares the Jordanian arbitration law with the UNICITRAL MODEL LAW. This study concluded that there are restrictions on enforcing forging arbitral award, as well as, implementing public order restrictions that are related to the bases of arbitration. This study recommend that national interest to remain stead fast on the restrictions of enforcing aforeign arbitral award, that contradicts public order, keeping in mind the need to introducing conductive environment to encourage foreign parties to choose Jordan as seat of arbitration.
