الملخص

Dans ce travail, un système de recueil de signaux physiologiques à base du processeur AN2131QC a été développé et une attention particulière est dédiée au port USB, permettant de faciliter le transfert de données en temps réel vers le PC. La visualisation sur PC ainsi que l'enregistrement étaient possibles grâce à l'outil informatique interactif développé. Le présent travail met en valeur la partie système qui se divise en deux parties : électronique (analogique et numérique), et physiologique qui permet le recueil du signal ECG au moyen d'électrodes de surface Ag/AgCl. Dans la partie électronique, un système de monitorage complet a été étudié et réalisé. Le circuit de conditionnement est conçu à base de l'amplificateur d'instrumentation AD524. Le signal issu du circuit de conditionnement est transmis vers l'étage de conversion analogique/numérique réalisé à base du circuit de conversion ADC 574AK. La partie numérique assurant la gestion de l'acquisition est basée autour du kit EZ-USB de la firme Cypress. Des tests expérimentaux ont été effectués au laboratoire d'instrumentation sur des sujets différents.

In this work, a data acquisition system for physiological signais has been developed and a particular attention is dedicated to USB bus, which allows an easy data transfer in real time to a persona! computer. The visualization on PC and the recording were possible with the use of the interactive computing tool which has been developed. The present work highlights the system which · is divided into two parts : electronic (analogical and numerical), and physiologie which allows the ECG signal swab using the Ag/AgCl surface electrodes. In the electronic part, a complete monitoring system has been studied and realized. The conditioning circuit is planned around the AD524 instrumentation amplifier. The issued signal from the conditioner is transmitted to an analog/digital conversion st..age which is built around the ADC574AK converter. The numerical part insures the acquisition management, based on the use of the EZ-USB board from Cypress firm. Experimental tésts have been achieved in the la bora tory of instrumentation for different subjects.
