study aimed to identify the relationship between cognitive distortions and marital compatibility in women in women's centers in Hebron and Bethlehem and to achieve the goal. The researcher used in this study the descriptive attribute approach due to its suitability for the nature of the study and its goals, and the researcher built two tools to measure the variables of the study, which are a measure of cognitive distortions and the marital compatibility scale that was built in light of cognitive theories and literature Psychology is in line with the cultural and social context of the study sample, and the sincerity and stability of the two tools were verified, and the questionnaire was distributed to the sample that was chosen in the appropriate intention.The study reached a negative adverse relationship between cognitive distortions and marital compatibility, and the results of the study showed that the degree of cognitive distortions in women in women's centers (institutions) in Hebron and Bethlehem were medium; The arithmetic average of this degree reached (2.92), and its relative weight reached (58.4%), i.e. with a moderate degree, the degree of marital compatibility in women in women's centers (institutions) in Hebron and Bethlehem was moderate; The average account of this degree reached (3022), and its relative weight reached (64.5 %), i.e. medium.The results indicate that there are differences in the areas of cognitive distortions, as well as in the total degree of cognitive deformities in women in the feminist centers in Hebron and Bethlehem, and the presence of differences in the variables of study (age, educational level, place of housing, number of years of marriage), and the lack of differences in the functional state variable in women in the women's centers in Hebron and Bethlehem.And the presence of differences in the areas of marital compatibility of the variables of study (age, educational level, place of housing, number of years of marriage) and the absence of differences at the variable (job status). .
