الملخص

Les dernières crises ont été témoins de la gravité des pertes qui peuvent être engendrées au titre du risque opérationnel, ce qui a conduit les différentes autorités à se munir d’une réglementation et de procédures de contrôle pour gérer ce dernier, qui résulte d’une inadaptation ou d’une défaillance imputables à des procédures, personnels et systèmes internes ou à des événements externes. Il est considéré comme étant le principal apport du Bâle II. La réglementation algérienne a pris cinq ans pour introduire la gestion de ce risque via le règlement 11-08, en imposant la cartographie des risques opérationnels qu’on va utiliser lors de l’élaboration de notre cas pratique au sein de la Banque Extérieure d’Algérie.

ترجمة الملخص: The last crises witnessed the gravity of the losses which can been gendered in conformance with the operational risk, what drove the various authorities to arm itself with a regulations and control procedures to manage the latter which results of a maladjustment or a failure attributable in procedures, staffs and internal systems or in external events, it is considered as being the main contribution of Basel II. The Algerian regulations set five years to introduce the management of these risks via the regulation 11-08 by imposing the mapping of the operational risks which we are going to use during the elaboration of our practical case within the Outside Bank of Algeria
