الملخص

Ce travail porte sur le calcul et le dimensionnement d’une installation de chauffage centrale pour un immeuble à usage administratif .Cette étude s’intéresse d’une part au calcul du bilanthermique hivernale pour chaque local de l’immeuble en utilisant la méthode de calcul définie dans le document technique réglementaire (D.T.R) .D’autre part ,au dimensionnement de l’installation de chauffage afin de déterminer la puissance de la chaudière et le nombre de radiateurs hydrauliques nécessaire .

This work concerns the calculation and sizing of a central heating installation for a building for administrative use. This study is interested on the one hand in the calculation of the winter heat balance for each room of the building using the calculation method defined in the regulatory technical document (D.T.R). On the other hand, the sizing of the heating installation in order to determine the boiler capacity and the number of hydraulic radiators required.
