Syria witnessed since Marc one of the most crucial challenges in the history of Syria, embodied. In a political, social and international crisis. The challenge escalated to reach an armed terrorist conflict against the Syria body stats. The crisis uncovered the international complicated factors, politically economically and socially on the internal and external levels. The rural family in Lattakia, countryside, in this study we uncover the damages that effected the educational in frastructure and the medical sector which had negative impact in the rural family in Lattakia side. The crisis also had a negative impact on the standerd of living on the rural family in Lattakia. The study results shows people left work due to certain uncontrolled conditions which effected the rural family in Lattakia. The crisis affected directly the educational sector and medical sector reflecting negative dimension
