ترجمة الملخص

Praise is to be God! God's blessing and peace be upon Mohammed, his families and his friends. This is an abstract of a dissertation under the heading of " antiquities of Sahaba (may God be pleased with him) in punishment, through chapter of, is the woman will punish who married in her Iddat period? To the end of the cheptor of punishments" totally and search fully to present to the department of Kitab as Sunnah in the faculty of Da'wa and Usooliruddin in University of Umm al Qurra, to obtain master degree The planning of the dissertation includes a preface, introduction, two parts and an end notes. Part one : introduction to antiquities, reports, Sahaba, their justice, and demonstration by their reports. It has two chapters. Chapter one : introduction to Sahaba and their ranks Chapter two : rule of demonstration by their antiquities and the way of imams in this matter. Part two : indicating the antiquities of Sahabas regularly as from "chapter on, is the woman will punish who married in her Iddat period? to the end of the chapter of punishments" gathering the compilation of Ibn Abi Shaiba and other balanced hadeeths and antiquities, as per structure of Ibn abi shaiba for the chapters. The amount of the antiquities reached up to 222. And I have been figured out the antiquities from it origin sources with studying and dominating the situation of the attributions as per the idioms of the originators. And I expressed the meaning of the world when needed. End notes: There are the results of the research as follow. 1.The suspended antiquities are not considered overly in my educational research. But generally only the uplifted hadeeths are recommended. 2.Documentary of the massages those reported by Sahabas on antiquities are shorten the distance of the clashes. And gets out most of the problems those bring out by late comers regarding to their reports. 3.Study of the antiquities will not be clashed or differ from the study of uplifted Hadeeths as far as strength or weakness, with considering the grade of the uplifted Hadeeths.
