The aim of our study is to improve the functioning of the drainage system to meet human needs every day and maintain their health, and the organization of daily life, regardless of wastewater locations. In order to achieve the objectives outlined we should not follow the two separate stages, the first phase is a diagnostic, in the second phase an evaluation and design the network of sanitation In Our Study, We Diagnosed Our Drainage System of Wastewater by Making Clear All the Problems That Have Arisen in Order to Remedy and Improve the Design of the Sewer System. the Topography Is a Very Important Constraint, Hence the Study Has Identified the Route of a Single Variant. The Latter Includes an Interceptor and Main Sewers and Lift Stations to Ensure the Discharge of Sewage Outside the City. for Elements of the Sewer System, We Have Considered All the Work Schedules Needed to Manage and Monetize the Next Sewerage Technical Standards. the Main Goal of Our Project Is to Diagnose and to Size the Sewer System of the City of Ouled Touati Town of El Oued Collecting Vehicle and All Waste Water Including Rain Water to the Treatment Plant to Avoid Overloading the Water Table From the Perspective of the Problem of the Back of the Static Level of the Shallow Aquifer at the Same Time to Protect Groundwater Against Pollution. in Our Study We Considered the Rainwater Calculated Involving a Hydrological Study With the Use of "J.mulvaney Method", Which Is Specifically Used for Sizing of Stormwater Network. Our Calculations Storm Water Gave a Rate for a Frequency of Two Years Are Cleaned by the Unit Lattice. Finally, Following the Results Obtained From Calculation, We Concluded That the Hydraulic Characteristics of the Chosen Network Are Verified, the Point of View (Self Cleaning Velocity, Flow Velocity, Slope Etc ...) Still Remains to Manage and Operate the Network by Continuous Monitoring Which Is Evidenced by: the Management, Maintenance, Periodic Cleaning for the Sections Where Speeds Are Not Verified. These Additional Works Are Critical to Improved Profitability of Operation and Increased Durability.
