الملخص

La machine de soudage pour tube ATIS en spirale est employée pour souder des tubes en spirale en acier, les tubes sont largement utilisés pour des projets de transport des hydrocarbures et gaz. Dans notre travail on a fait une étude technologique d’une machine à souder spirale (ATIS) des pipelines hydrauliques et gaz, au nivaux de l’entreprise ANABIB DE REGHAIA. En premier lieu nous avons données une présentation générale sur la société ANABIBI. Puis en à présenter la machine à souder spirale et on a données une étude technologique sur son fonctionnement. D’autre part nous avons suivie la fabrication des pipes a pare tire des tubes souder en spirale par enroulement d’une tôle de génératrice hélicoïdale. Le tube est assemblé pare une soudure de l’intérieure et de l’extérieure de la paroi, on a intéressé en particulier au métal de base et aux défauts qui apparaissent pendant et après soudage. A la fine on réaliser aussi un teste de qualité de soudure par une machine ultrasonique. In addition we followed the manufacture of pipes A avoids car of the tubes to weld in spiral by rolling up of a sheet of helicoids generator. The tube is assembled avoids a welding of interior and the external one of the wall, one has in particular interested in the base metal and the defects which appear during and after welding. With fine one to also carry out one tests quality of welding by an ultrasonic machine.
