الملخص
Les régions montagneuses de Blida sont des zones isolées et marginalisées en dépit de leur diversité naturelle et culturelle, qui abritent généralement des populations pauvres. Le programme de développement rural basé sur les projets PPDRI lancé en 2009 a permis la plantation de 361 ha d’arbres fruitiers, la distribution de 790 ruches, l’ouverture et l’aménagement de 165 km de piste, le captage de 21 sources et la réalisation 28620 M3 d’ouvrage anti érosif, réduisant ainsi l’érosion, permettant la meilleure productivité des terres agricoles générant de revenus avec la création de 932 emplois temporaires et permanents.

The rural development program based on PPDRI projects launched in 2009 enabled the planting of 321ha of fruit trees, the distribution of790 hives, the opening and development of 165 km of track, the capture of 21 sources and 28620 M3 realization of erosion control, thus reducing erosion, allowing the best productivity of agricultural and generated 932 temporary and permanent jobs
