ترجمة الملخص

The aim of the research is studying of the natural, climatic and hydromorphometric characteristics in Alsin basin, and linking these characteristics with the flow of Alsin spring , which is the primary supplier of drinking water for Latakia and Tartous cities ,in adition to invest its water to irrigate agricultural lands and in industrial processes. The structural study of the basin shows that the Jurassicrocks, with high permeability to rain , preventes constituting distinct water network in the Upper Basin of the river, and delay the effect of precipitation on spring flows by the amount of one month to a month and a halfis caused by the significant impact of groundwater in the flowo f the spring in addition to the for distance and breadth of the feeding area, and through the climatic study and study of the general situation of climate elements show that the precipitation element is the most influential in the water flow .that they have the same direction which is decreasing with time, and the study of characteristics hydromorphometric of the basin, which covers an are a of 99.367km2,shows that it takes the pinnate form , and its decline0.140m / m. according to Horton equation, and it is a river of the fourth order, its drainage patterntakes the form of tree type and drainage densityis1.58km / km2.The general and seasonal flows of Alsinspring are analyzed , and a mathematical pattern of the relationship between precipitation and flow is found , and the exponential equation is the best equation which is of the shape, and it is founded that Alsin water spring is chemically valid for drinking , and invalid from the bacterial point where bacilli intestinal ratio increases through the maximum flows period and decreases through the Minimum flows period. And so that Alsin river basin is studied and its flows analyzed and their impact on the economic life, several results of the research were found ,which can be invested int he field of good investment of water resources, and to develop economic development plans in the region
