الملخص

L'objectif principal de notre étude est de connaitre l'évolution de la filière avicole en Algérie, notamment au cours des dernières années en termes de :Production, consommation et de commercialisation, nous avons constate :* Une augmentation progressive de la production de la viande blanche durant la dernière décennie. *Le circuit de distribution et de commercialisation du poulet de chair est complexe, il est caractérise par l’implication de nombreux intervenants.* La production avicole en Algerie est caractérisée par une forte dépendance au ressources étrangères. *L’infrastructure des bâtiments avicoles est toujours basée sur des anciennes bâtisses. *En raison de la demande accrue de sources de protéines, le ministère de l'Agriculture assure la continuité du développement du domaine de l'aviculture

The main objective of our study is to know the development of the poultry sector in Algeria, especially in recent years in terms of production, consumption and marketing, we noticed:Gradual increase in white meat production during the last decade.The structure of distribution and marketing of fattened chickens requires the intervention of several parties.Poultry production in Algeria is characterized by heavy dependence on foreign resources.The infrastructure of poultry houses is still based on old buildings.Due to the increasing demand for protein sources, the Ministry of Agriculture is keen on the continuous development of the poultry sector.
