الملخص

مستخلص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على كفايات معلم التعليم قبل المدرسي في ضوء فلسفة التربية الإسلامية.استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لهذه الدراسة , مجتمع الدراسة تكون من مشرفات ومعلمات التعليم قبل المدرسي وبلغ حجم العينة(100) مشرفة ومعلمة وكانت أداة الدراسة استبانة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات وتضمنت ثلاثة محاور وهي محور الكفايات الأساسية والكفايات المهنية والكفايات الشخصية ولقد اشتملت المحاور الثلاثة على 45 كفاية وتم التأكد من صدق محتوي الاستبانة وحساب معامل ثباتها وتم تحليل المعلومات باستخدام برنامج spss))Statistical package for social sciences وهي تعني الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:1- احتلت كفايات غرس قيم الإيمان بالله تعالي وتحديد القيم التي تهدف التربية الإسلامية لتنميتها والتحلي بالأخلاق الفاضلة المراتب الأولى بالنسبة لترتيب الكفايات.2- المعلمات اللائي يمارسن العملية التعليمية برياض الأطفال لم ينلن التأهيل الكافي.3- المعلمات المؤهلات يقتصر عملهن على الإشراف فقط على رياض الأطفال4- قلة الدورات التدريبية التي تلقتها المعلمات في مجال علم نفس الطفلAbstractThis study aimed to define the teacher qualification on pre-education in the Islamic education physiology.The researcher used the descriptive analysis method for this study.The society of this study is the supervisors and teachers of pre education.The study covered( 100) supervisors and teachers.The questionnaires are used as a tool of this study for gathering information. It has three aspects.The aspect of the basic qualification, professional qualification and personal qualification.The important results are:•Occupied efficiencies instill values of faith in God and indentify the values that Islamic education aims to develop virtuous and moral character mattress for the first order of competencies.•Parameters who work in kindergartens did not find adequate qualification.•Qualified parameters restricted their work in kindergartens to supervise only.•Lack of training received by parameters in the field of child psych.
