الملخص

Ce mémoire est le fruit d'une recherche faite sur la transition écologique dans les zones arides. Le cas d'étude est la ville nouvelle d'El Ménéaa qui fait partie des zones arides et qui recèle un potentiel touristique important. Dans le contexte actuel qui consiste à assurer le Confort moral et physique (thermique, acoustique, olfactif et visuel) des touristes dans les zones arides, afin d’assurer l’application des notions du développement durable cette étude propose l’accompagnement de la transition écologique de ainsi le tourisme durable dans ces zones et de même, l'amélioration des structures touristiques dans la ville nouvelle d'El Ménéaa. Nous nous somme basés dans cette recherche sur la synthèse bibliographique et l'analyse des exemples pour étudier l'état de connaissances sur le tourisme dans les zones arides où nous avons traité les concepts du tourisme, des zones arides et du développement durable. Nous avons aussi traité le concept du la transition écologique dans l’architecture des structures touristiques tout en indiquant leur méthode d’évaluation. Le diagnostic environnemental et l'analyse AFOM sont les méthodes suivis pour l'analyse de la ville et de l'aire d'intervention, tandis que la démarche formaliste était la méthode utilisée pour pouvoir construire notre résidence touristique. Enfin, cette étude sera clôturée par une conclusion et des perspectives pour des futures recherches sur le tourisme durable. (This thesis is the result of research on the ecological transition in arid zones. The case study is the new town of El Ménéaa which is part of the arid zones and which has a significant tourism potential. In the current context of ensuring moral and physical comfort (thermal, acoustic, olfactory and visual) of tourists in arid zones, in order to ensure the notions of sustainable development this study proposes the accompaniment of the ecological transition and sustainable tourism in these areas and, likewise, the improvement of tourist structures in the new town of El Ménéaa. We are based in this research on bibliographic synthesis and analysis of examples to study the state of knowledge about tourism in arid areas where we treated the concepts of tourism, drylands and sustainable development. We have also treated the concept of ecological transition in the architecture of tourist structures while indicating their evaluation method. The Environmental diagnosis and SWOT analysis are the methods followed for the analysis of the city and the area of intervention, while the formalistic approach was the method used to be able to build our tourist residence. Finally, this study will be closed with a conclusion and perspectives for future research on sustainable tourism.)

هذه الاطروحة هي نتيجة البحث عن التحول البيئي في المناطق القاحلة. دراسة الحالة هي مدينة المنيعة الجديدة التي تعد جزءا من المناطق القاحلة و التي تتمتع بإمكانات سياحية كبيرة.في سياق الحالي لضمان الراحة المعنوية و البدنية (الحرارية ,الصوتية, الشمسية و البصرية) للسياح في المناطق القاحلة ,مناجل ضمان مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة تقترح هذه الدراسة مرافقة الانتقال البيئي و السياحية المستدامة في هذه المناطق ,و كذلك تحسين هياكل سياحية في مدينة المنيعة الجديدة.نحن نستند في هذا البحث على التوليف البيليوغرافي و تحليل امثلة لدراسة حالة المعرفة حول السياحة في الاراضي الجافة حيث ناقشنا مفاهيم السياحة و الاراضي الجافة و التنمية المستدامة .ناقشنا ايضا مفهوم الانتقال البيئي في بنية الهياكل السياحية مع الاشارة الى طريقة التقييم الخاصة بهم.التشخيص البيئي وتحليل AFOMهي الأساليب المتبعة لتحليل المدينة و منطقة التدخل، في حين أن النهج الشكلي هي الطريقة المستخدمة من أجل بناء الاقامة السياحية الخاصة بنا.و اخيرا سوف تختتم هذه الدراسة بخاتمة و وجهات نظر للبحث المستقبلي عن السياحة المستدامة
