الملخص

Avec le nombre important de déficients visuels dans le monde, 36 millions selon l’organisation mondiale de la santé, nous voyons apparaître de plus en plus d’aides électroniques à la navigation, car se déplacer est la première difficulté qu’éprouve une personne malvoyante. L’objectif de ces systèmes est d’améliorer l’autonomie de ces personnes dans leurs déplacements. C’est sur l’étude, la conception et la réalisation d’un dispositif d’aide pour assurer la mobilité des personnes que porte ce projet. Le dispositif est composée d’une carte arduino, d’un détecteur d’ultra son, d’une carteSIM900/GSM/GPRS, d’un capteur de fréquence cardiaque et d’un buzzer. La fonction principale du montage est de permettre une détection des obstacles se trouvant sur le chemin de l’utilisateur en l’informant par une alarme sonore. Un contrôle de la fréquence du rythme cardiaque est aussi ajoutée afin de détecter toute panique pouvant arriver. Si telle situation est notée alors un SMS d’alerte est envoyé sur le téléphone portable d’un parent ou un ami.

With the large number of visuals deficient in the world, 36 million according to the World Health Organization, we are seeing more and more electronic navigation aids because moving is the first difficulty that a visually impaired person . The purpose of these systems is to improve the autonomy of these people in their movements. It is on the study, the conception and the realization of a device of help to ensure the mobility of the people that carries this project. The device consists of an arduino card, an ultra sound detector, a SIM900 / GSM / GPRS card, a heart rate sensor and a buzzer. The basic function of this circuit is to allow a detection of obstacles in the path of the user. A heart rate monitoring function is also added to detect any trouble. If a relative situation is noted, an alarm sms is send to a mobile phone of a relative or friend.
