الملخص

L'objectif de notre travail est de vérifier la conformité d'un médicament antihypertenseur (Tensoprel ®25mg) auquel nous avons effectué un contrôle physicochimique et microbiologique. Nous avons par ailleurs réalisé une analyse comparative de l'effet de ce produit et de l'extrait aqueux de laurier (la urus nobilis) sur quelques paramètres biochimiques chez le modèle murin Les résultats de l'analyse physicochimique et microbiologique montrent une conformité du Tensoprel ® 25mg aux normes de la pharmacopée européenne (2017) et aux spécifications du produit Pa ailleurs, les résultats de l'étude comparative entre l'effet du Tensoprel ® 25mg et l'infusion à 10% du laurier noble montrent d'une part une efficacité plus importante du produit pharmaceutique pour la majorité du bilan sanguin mesuré (glycémie, urée, kaliémie), d'autre part, le bon effet diurétique du laurier n'est pas à négliger. En effet, une baisse du sodium chez le lot traité par Laurus nobilis a été enregistrée comparativement au lot témoin.
