This research included the synthesis of the following compounds:1.Synthesis three compound of 1-chloro esters which are: Chloro (4-nitrophenyl)methyl benzoate"1"by condensation of 4-nitro benzaldehyde with benzoyl chloride in presence of a Law is acid by molar ratio (1:1). Chloro (4-nitrophenyl)methyl acetate"2" by condensation of 4-nitro benzaldehyde with Acetyl chloride in presence of a Law is acid by molar ratio (1:2). Chloro phenyl methyl benzoate"3"by condensation of benzaldehyde with benzoyl chloride in presence of a Law is acid by molar ratio (1:1).2.Synthesis thiourea ester dreivatives which are: carbamidoylthio (4-nitrophenyl)methyl benzoate "4" by reaction of chloro(4-nitrophenyl)methyl benzoate with thiourea without catalyst. carbamidoylthio (4-nitrophenyl)methyl acetate "5" by reaction of chloro(4-nitrophenyl)methyl acetate with thiourea in presence catalyst carbamidoylthio (phenyl)methyl benzoate "7" by reaction of chloro phenyl methyl benzoate with thiourea in presence catalyst.3.Synthesis derivative for thiourea which is ethylene thiourea "7"by reaction of ethylene diamine with carbon disulfide in aqueous alcohol and acidic medium. 4.Synthesis ethylene thiourea ester dreivatives which are:[(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazo l-2-yl) thio](4-nitrophenyl)methyl benzoate "8"by reaction of chloro(4-nitrophenyl)methyl benzoate with ethylene thiourea in presence catalyst .The molecular structures for all the obtained compounds have been determinaded by spectroscopy methods: infrared spectroscopy FT-IR, nuclear magnetic resonance spectra proton and carbon 1H, 13C-NMR, and suitable mechanisms to synthesize were proposed
