الملخص

Le naphta est un semi produit issu du pétrole brut, à la raffinerie d’Alger, il est produit dansl’unité de distillation atmosphérique pour être envoyé vers la section MS BLOC, où onproduit le reformat et l’isomérat, des produits à haut indice d’octane qui servent de base dansla composition des essences.Dans le présent travail on a étudié un problème de qualité récurent, rencontré au niveau del’unité de distillation atmosphérique la raffinerie d’Alger. Ce travail traite de la caractéristiqueteneur en eau du naphta dont la spécification est difficile à respecter depuis la mise en servicede l’unité après réhabilitation.On a abordé notre travail par une simulation de l’unité de distillation avec le logiciel HYSYS,pour étudier l’influence des paramètres opératoires sur la teneur en eau du naphta, et lesoptimiser afin de minimiser cette dernière.Un calcul de dimensionnement du ballon de tête de la colonne de distillation était nécessaire,pour vérifier l’aptitude du ballon existant à séparer la quantité d’eau contenu dans le naphtaaprès l’optimisation,Nos résultats ont montré que ce ballon est sous dimensionné et ne permet pas d’éliminer toutela quantité d’eau contenu dans le naphta, d’où la nécessité d’installer un autre équipementcapable de séparer la quantité d’eau restante. In ALGIERS refinery it is product by atmospheric distillation unit, before it will be sent to MS BLOC section where we product reformate and isomerate, products with high octane number which are the main blends in petrol production. In this work we’ve studied a recurrent issue of quality, met in the atmospheric distillation unit at Algiers refinery, this work treats the characteristic “water content in naphta” where the specification is out of range since the start-up of the unit after revamping. We’ve started our work by a simulation of the atmospheric distillation unit by HYSYS software, to study the influence of operations parameters in the water content of naphta, and optimize them to minimize this characteristic. A sizing calculation of the distillation tower’s top drum was necessary in order to verify the aptitude of the existing drum to separate the quantity of water contained the naphta after optimization. Our results has shown that this drum is undersized and don’t allow the elimination of all the quantity of water contained the naphta, which require the installation of another equipment capable of separate all the water in the naphta.)

النفثا هو نصف منتج من النفط الخام ،يتم إنتاجه في مصفاة الجزائر العاصمة في وحدة التقطير تحت الضغط الجوي ليتم إرساله إلى قسم MS BLOC، حيث يتم إنتاج منتجات بمستوى أوكتان مرتفع يتم استخدامها كأساس في تكوين البنزين. درسنا في العمل الحالي مشكلة جودة متكررة واجهناها في وحدة التقطير تحت الضغط الجوي في مصفاة الجزائر العاصمة. هذا العمل يعالج خاصية المحتوى المائي للنافثا ، والتي يصعب الالتزام بمواصفاتها منذ بدء تشغيل الوحدة بعد إعادة التأهيل. بدأنا هذا العمل بمحاكاة وحدة التقطير باستخدام برنامج HYSYS، لدراسة تأثير عوامل التشغيل على محتوى الماء في النفثا ، وتحسينها لتقليل هذا الأخير. كان من الضروري حساب حجم الخزان العلوي لعمود التقطير ، للتحقق من قدرة هذا الخزان على فصل كمية الماء الموجودة في النافثا بعد التحسين ،أظهرت نتائجنا أن هذا الخزان صغير الحجم ولا يمكنه إزالة كل الماء الموجود في النفتا ، ومن هنا تأتي الحاجة إلى تركيب معدات أخرى قادرة على فصل الكمية المتبقية من الماء
