ترجمة الملخص

This study aims to determine the role of enlightened leadership in its dimensions (the role of role models, the role of the developer, the role of servants, the role of the changer, the role of the visionary, the role of the communicator) in achieving organizational ambidexterity in its dimensions (exploitation of opportunities, exploration of opportunities) by analyzing the opinions of a sample of workers in some hospitals civil society in the city of Sulaymaniyah. The problem of the study was identified by asking the main question: What is the role of the dimensions of enlightened leadership in achieving organizational ambidexterity in some private hospitals in the city of Sulaymaniyah? In order to reach the answer, the study included a set of sub-questions to achieve the main and sub-objectives of the study, and to reach those goals, a group of studies and scientific sources were adopted to determine the dimensions of the study variables and formulate their hypotheses. Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS 25) The study population represented all workers in the surveyed hospitals (700) workers, and the questionnaire form was approved, which included (40) statements, (310) questionnaires were distributed to them, and (175) forms were retrieved, and (144) valid for analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of enlightened leadership in its dimensions (the role of example, the role of the developer, the role of servants, the role of the changer, the role of the visionary, the role of the communicator) in achieving organizational ambidexterity in its two dimensions (exploring opportunities, exploiting opportunities), and confirmed the results of the study Also, there is a strong correlation between the two variables and their dimensions at the macro and micro levels.
