The educational aspect is the most important aspect that works to reform and prosper societies in order to create a generation that possesses awareness and good values and who works to serve its country. From this point of view, our study (the mechanism of establishing citizenship values in educational curricula) and knowing how to establish the values of citizenship in educational curricula and to identify the main reasons Which led to a weak sense of patriotism in society, a lack of a sense of responsibility and a failure to preserve public property, and the reason for the exacerbation of sub-loyalties, conflicts and accusations of employment to other countries and agendas, the educational curricula must be the starting point that devote and enhances the values of citizenship among the learners. Students have among the main tasks and objectives of education and socialization to create a patriotic generation that cares about the homeland and its issues, and work to instill the values of citizenship among young people and work to develop the necessary skills and high motivation to contribute to building their society and its progress, and works to consolidate the values of citizenship, encourage young people to creativity, innovation and capacity development, and instill A spirit of belonging, citizenship and participation in a wide range of educational, cultural, and recreational activities And work on equality, justice, freedom, respect for law, public order, individual freedoms, respect for human rights, tolerance and acceptance of others, rejection of intolerance and sectarianism, freedom of expression and others, and that the feeling of citizenship towards the one country can only be through cooperation, integration and coordination in educational and social institutions. The researcher used the social survey method in the study, and the study population consists of the educational staff, numbering (1524), and the sample was chosen, which included two teachers, numbering (307) respondents, and the type of the sample was stratified random, and the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the lack of sufficient topics in the study. The educational curricula promote the establishment of the values of citizenship among students, and the lack of interest in school activities that establish loyalty and belonging to the homeland. The most important obstacles to establishing the values of citizenship are (financial and administrative corruption and partisan conflicts).
