The development in general aims at realizing a civilized change in the way of thinking and behavior ; it might be defined as follows :It represents the group of means and various effortsthrough which the ideal use of wealth in both material and man-power factorsare being realized and in turn leads to create a change in behavior tendencies andin the kinds of social relations .The country development specially concentrates on the rustic human being and aims at rising-up his/her reality for the purpose of improving his/her living and social circumstances The rusticwoman considers to be among the most feeble and neglected group in society due she does various works not included in the official economical consideration in addition to some social, traditional and customs restrictions that impact her life andher social relations . Consequently , many governmental , non-governmental and world bodies have created programs and projects aiming at developing of the rustic women, mainly to found the small production projects , depending upon the idea sayingthat : Strengthening of women and supporting her economically will reflect her social circumstances ; it means to strengthen and support her socially within her local society starting from her own social situation in her own family .Accordingly , this research imposes the following essential question derived from the theoretical and field aspects : What are the impacts of the small projects as a mechanism for the economic strengtheninginchanging the social situations of the women lived in the rustic families ? Many inquiries will be derived from that big question related to theconcept of the small projects , their standards , importance , and the difficulties facing their success . The small project as a matter of fact represents the independent establishment in property and management relying in its productive activity on the manual work .This definition in general will be varied from one country and another , so many standards have been dealt with to define the small projects such as ; The standard of number of workers , standard of the capital invested in the project , standard of selling rate and others more standards , The small projects enjoy an important great development due theyrepresent the complementary to the big-size projects ; the small project is considered as well an attractive factor for the minor-investors who do not tend to deal with projects preventing them from the direct supervision on theirinvestment;they also play an important role in employment of the man-power through acquiring great numbers of workers in addition to their importance in supporting exports .The small projects suffer from many financing , managerial, marketing and technical difficultiesfacing the rustic women when founding their ownprojects, in addition to the difficulties and obstacles they , women, suffer in their social status ; we call that technically : the social-discrimination basing on the kind of human being . 167Generally , the social-kind concept indicates the interrelation emerged between man & woman in their society controlled by economical , cultural, political and environmental factors along with impacting this interrelation on the status of both man & woman in society . The social-kind has many roles and obligations including the productive , giving-birth and cultural roles . However ,to define these roles mean to indicate that the disparity of each of these three roles does not depend upon static physiological basis ; accordingly , these roles might be modifiedin order to fill-in the gap of discrimination between man & woman concerning the social status . Notwithstanding , the social kind has various needs classified asbeing practical and strategic ones. The first relates to the daily woman living ,while the other deals with the generally inferiority position of the woman in the society . The strategic needs include dividing job on a social-kind basis(such as dividing the non-traditional job , participating of man in housing-work burdens , caring of children . etc...) The knowledge and acquaintance of the social-kind upon foundation of the small project may help to realize a consciousness of culture , law and classes which in turn entrusted both man and women with different roles ,in addition to the difference in acquiring the productive factors as being under control . The goal behind that is to assure the equality between men & women in getting benefits of the development programs .Accordingly , the term of integration of social-kind aims at realizing various matters mainly of which the qualification . Qualification of women generally assures upon the strengthening of woman through depending upon herself; it is defined as follows : the One is to own the ability to participate actively in all social life fields . Qualification factor supports women through providing the training opportunities and through participation in the development projects , in addition to secure investments that create real labor chances for them .That of course requires the women to be organized and be regularly able to reach up the positions of making-decision through acquiring the ability of participation in decisions-making . The research consequently has reached to some outcomes mainly as follows: 1-The small projects enjoys a positive impact to increase the consciousness of woman of her rights within the family range specially through getting the effecting opinion , the decision of limiting numbers of children and through the ability to make decisions concerning her future2-The small project has the positive impact through the relation between the woman and her family ,through the increase of participation of her husband in the housing work , through following up the dialogue method in growing-up children , through the continuation of caring for childrenafter the project being founded , through the lack of occurring problems with the husband after the project being founded , and through getting the ability to harmonize between the work at project and work inside house .3-The small project has a positive impact in changing the values of some families mainly the decrease of importance of giving-birth a male as being the first qualified-kid in any family , not to have discrimination in treatment between males and femalesand encouraging children to be educated ,etc...
