الملخص

يعد موضوع إدارة المحفظة الاستثمارية الدولية من الموضوعات المالية المهمة والرائدة في عالم اليوم وخاصة بعد التطورات التي شهدها العالم في العقدين الأخيرين من القرن المنصرم وما رافقها من تغييرات سياسية وأيديولوجية أضفت بظلالها على جميع المجالات الاستثمارية في العالم مما أوجب على المستثمرين الراغبين بالاستثمار دراسة جميع الظروف والمتغيرات الخاصة ببيئة الاستثمار المنشود وما يحيطه من إجراءات وسياسات تفرضها الدول المزمع الاستثمار فيها ليتسنى لهم معرفة أي الاستثمارات هي التي تحقق أهدافهم . وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة كخطوة أولى وقاعدة أساسية ينطلق منها المستثمر في المجال الدولي إذ أنها تناولت عينة من القطاع المصرفي ذو الاستثمار الدولي لما يشكله القطاع المصرفي في يومنا الحاضر من أهمية بالغة في تسهيل التبادل التجاري بين الدول وغيرها من الخدمات المهمة والتي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها وبالأخص بعد التطورات المتسارعة في الخدمات والتعاملات التجارية والانفتاح العالمي وزيادة الإندماجات المصرفية التي لعبت الدور الأساسي في توسيع نطاق عملها الخارجي أكثر مما هي في الداخل . يتضح مما سبق أن مشكلة الدراسة تتجسد في صعوبة اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري المناسب في ظل متغيرات السياسة الدولية وما يعتريها من عقبات قد تؤدي الى فشل الاستثمار الدولي المصرفي كمحفظة استثمارية هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى عدم دراسة هذا الموضوع بشكل خاص على مستوى محفظة استثمارية مصرفية دولية ، بالإضافة الى تخوف أغلب المستثمرين وبالأخص المستثمرين العراقيين من عملية الاستثمار الدولي من حيث نتائجها الإيجابية والسلبية المتوقعة.

The subject of international management of investments Portfolio is treated as one of the most important subjects specially after the development which was over the world after the last twenty years of last century because of many changing happens that make investor the most worn look at, so that there must be an important study and analysis of international portfolio, because of the importance of investment doesn’t be easy for investors.This study is arranged according to the line of equal banks because of the development of money internationally and trade serving, opening and emerging among the banks has an important cause to make the activity the most big according to out more than in.This study is treated as the first steps that investors depend on to pass apart of problem difficulty which can look at but he has much lose producing from drawing among line To acknowledge the goals of investors from analyzing the international of portfolio banking from return, risk and also the cost of finance to show the preference of this analyze on management of portfolio investment and how can the investor to diversification investment through this analysis. This depends only on Amman stock market and it reaches too many productions , the better of them are :( There are opposition for general foundation which tails that the required return of rate is more when the total risk is more. The say which sports the last conduct is the difference in the return’s of these banks in this side and difference beta ( Bu ) in another side and also the banks were in less total risk , and less unsystematic risk is right. )the study also reaches for many charges the better of them are :( it is important to depend on the banks which conduct with the study and also related with an importance for many causes and the banks which excuse from less plural enrich equal to another banks and the work to relate these money in the case which give these banks which they like from what they carry from their get .
