ترجمة الملخص

Thesis entitled "The Effect of Variations of Jurists in Interpreting the Verses of Rulings in Surat Al-Kahf". This study is aiming at investigating the jurisprudential rulings included in surat Al-Kahf, studying them in a comparative jurisprudential study, and coming up with a weighted opinion. The comparative qualitative analytical approach has been adopted.The study dealt with the interpretation of the verses of rulings, definition of jurisprudential interpretation, talking about surat Al-Kahf in terms of its virtues and what it contains, issues of worship such as praying and zakat, transactional issues, such as power of attorney, partnership, sale, rulings of orphan. The study ended with various jurisprudential rulings in personal status, dog breeding and other rulings. The study concluded that surat Al-Kahf included many jurisprudential rulings that were inferred by the jurists on their jurisprudential schools.This study was divided based on the inventory of the verses of surat Al-Kahf according to the books of the rulings of the Holy Quran. The thesis includes four chapters: The first chapter: terminology and definitions. It includes the interpretation of the verses of the rulings, the concept of jurisprudential interpretation regarding surat Al-Kahf.The second chapter: issues of worship in surat Al-Kahf which includes issues of praying and zakat.The third chapter: Transactional issues in surat Al-Kahf, and it includes issues of power of attorney, partnership, sale, rulings of orphan.The fourth chapter: Various doctrinal issues in surat Al-Kahf, and it includes issues of personal status rulings, the prohibition of feeding, and the chapters on hunting
