الملخص

Ce travail est une synthèse bibliographique sur les cyanobactéries et leurs impacts écologique sur les eaux douces. Les cyanobactéries ont une place très importante dans les écosystèmes aquatiques et un nombre important d’espèces considéré comme nuisible de par leur production de métabolites toxiques. Ces anatoxines possèdent des propriétés très variées et étaient souvent associées à des épisodes d’empoisonnement. L’augmentation des épisodes d’efflorescence d’origine cyanobactéries et le potentiel qu’ils augmentent avec les changements climatiques a renchéri l’intérêt de l’étude des cyanobactéries et de leurs toxines. Nous avons évalué les impacts des cyanobactéries et des anatoxines sur la santé humaine. Our work is a bibliographic synthesis based principally on the impact of cyanobacteria’s on fresh water. Cyanobacteria’s has a very important place in aquatic ecosystems and a number mattering from kinds is considered as harmful all over their production of metabolites toxin. This has very various chemical proprieties and was often linked to episodes of intoxication, the increase of episodes of efflorescence of origin and the potential which they augment with climatic changes out bade the interest of the study of cyanobacteria and their toxins.
