الملخص

Dans ce mémoire, on considère le problème de l’identification paramétrique de modèles représentés par des équations aux dérivées partielles (EDP) de type parabolique. Ce problème consiste à déterminer les paramètres inconnus du modèle en minimisant une fonctionnelle d’erreur L’utilisation de la méthode combinée Adomian/Alienor permet de ramener le problème de l’identification des paramètres en un problème de minimisation d’une fonction à une seule variable. La méthode dé compositionnelle d’Adomian permet d’exprimer la solution sous forme d’une série, dépendant explicitement des paramètres à identifier, quant à la méthode Aliénor, elle permet de transformer un problème de minimisation d’une fonction de plusieurs variables à un problème de minimisation d’une fonction à une seule variable, en utilisant des transformations réductrices qui permettent de densifier l’espace des paramètres par une courbe alpha dense. L’identification des paramètres de modèles biologiques de diffusion a été étudiée, et les résultats numériques obtenus par la méthode combinée Adomian/Aliénor confirment l’efficacité de cette approche.

In this thesis, we consider the parametric identification problem of models represented by parabolic partial derived equations. This problem consist in determining the unknown parameters of the model by minimizing a functional of error. The use of the combined method Adomian/Alienor permit to bring back the identification problem of parameters to a problem of minimizing a function with one variable. The decompositionnel method of Adomian allow to express the solution in series form, dependent explicitly on parameters to identify. To the Alienor method, it allows to transform a problem of minimizing a one variable function, by using reducing transformations that allow to densify the space of parameters by an alpha dense curve. The parameters identification of diffusion biologic models have been studied and the digital results obtained by the combined method Adomian/Alienor confirm the efficiency of this approach.
