This study aimed to provide adjusted model for balance Scorecard to evaluate the performance of Islamic banks, The researcherused the descriptive method and this study had done in the Jordanian environment, where it added a Sharee perspective to the four basic perspectives of the balance Scorecard (financial, customers, internal processes and learning and growth), andto recognize the importance of the proposed model in the evaluation of Performance in Islamic banks, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the various administrative levels in the Jordanian Islamic banks (The Islamic Jordan Bank, The Islamic International Arab Bank, Jordan Dubai Islamic BankandAl Rajhi Bank). distributed 87 questionnaires and retrieve 71 in order to analyze the data, The researcher used the statistical package for social studies (SPSS) and Cronbach's alpha test to prove the reliability of the study tool.The result of the study revealed that : Balanced Scorecard adds a strategic dimension for administrative control through focusing on the financial and nonfinancial performance, and supporting workers and the ‌possibility of developing their performance, to increasing the efficiency of internal processes in the bank and fulfill the satisfaction of customers and owners, which has a positive reflection in improving the vision of all the related parties to the performance. As the study found that the respondents agreed that the application of the Balanced Scorecard system contributes to the improvement and evaluation of performance, and thus achieve the bank's strategic goals, as well as the study found wide acceptance by the respondents to the application of the adjusted model andimportance of the Sharee perspective in the Islamic banks. And it concluded with a set of recommendations, including: the need for Balanced Scorecard system in an integrated manner in the application o fperformance evaluation of Islamic banks because it is an important element to compete with traditional banks, especially after the Islamic banks have entered the global market.
