الملخص

The Algerian coastal area is naturally rich in resources, it is now the place of (Tourism, industry, agriculture). This wealth generally subjects it to strong makes its layout more and more difficult.Tourism is the activity most attached to the coast, so the tourist development of the latter is one of the factors of development through its valuation.At the same time, it is the subject of a high consumption and deterioration of whose obligation to protect it is a priority by the introduction of sustainability in .The aim of this research is to present, in a first part, the general theoretical order to better understand the concept of the protection and the valorization of the latter and to have in parallel a clear picture on the development, based on sustainable .In the second part, this work will make a modest contribution to explain and the coastal area of the Willaya of Ain Temouchent and the state of its development in order to compare it with the models of sustainable tourism development of the coasts of the Mediterranean countries. Le littoral Algérien est naturellement riche en matière des ressources, il est aujourd’hui le lieu de multiples activités (Tourisme, industrie, agriculture). Cette richesse le soumis généralement à des fortes pressions et rend son aménagement de plus en plus difficile. Le tourisme constitue l’activité la plus attachée, de ce fait l’aménagement touristique des plages constitue l’un des facteurs de développement à travers sa valorisation. En parallèle, il fait l’objet d’une forte consommation dont l’obligation de protection de celui-ci est prioritaire par l’introduction de la durabilité dans son aménagement.Le but visé à travers cette étude est de présenter dans un premier volet, le cadre théorique général afin de mieux cernera notion du «Tourisme» et «Aménagement durable», la protection et la valorisation de cette dernière. Dans son deuxième volet, ce travail apportera une modeste contribution pour comprendre et mieux connaitre l’espace littoral de la willaya d’Ain Temouchent, son état touristique et son aménagement pour le comparer avec des modèles d'aménagements touristiques durables des plages des pays méditerranéens ou autres.
