ترجمة الملخص

This study deals with issue of the fraud in electronic customers' contract and it is comparative study between the Jordanianlaw and the Omani law. This study consists of two chapters. The first one is dealing with the fraud in electronic contracts in general. It is dealing with the definition and elements of both the normal crime and electronic crime. The last point in this chapteris the similarities and the differences between the normal fraud crime and the electronic fraud crime. The second chapter, which is titled" customers'' contracts and the penal protection for electronic customers", is dealing with the definition of electronic customersand electronic contracts. Moreover, it is dealing with the penal protection types and the sufficiency of both the Jordanianlaw and the Omani law in protecting the customers' rights. Indeed, the researcher ends up with some results and recommendations. Two of the most important recommendations are the necessity to set written laws for the electronic fraud crime and the importance of educating people about the electronic crime and its effects.
