ترجمة الملخص

The aim of the research is to get knowledge about the collapsing of Iraqi state and to clarify the social effects left after this collapsing. The authority and occupied forces has played main and vital, intended role against the Iraqi people ignoring and disparaging all laws, decisions and international treaties, some of them are Geneva and Lahai Treaties, belittling Iraqi feelings, values and their social conventions in addition to practicing terror against them. The findings of the research show that the nature of the authority is dictatorship depending on force where we find that the relationship between the authority and society is distinguished by separation between them. The results of field and theoretical research shows the following:- The forces came from outside Iraq in its military aggression against Iraq under the leadership of USA and UK is the direct factor in collapsing the State in Iraq besides internal and external factors. The research shows that the aggression against Iraq is a proof of the Crusade War through revenge and malicious acts against the Iraqi people and its identity whether in the 13 years blockade or the way of aggression and its destructive weapons that dropped on Iraqi people without knowing the civil or military people and also the group graves that had done by occupied forces in addition to breaking in to different civil places, arresting people, bombing Islamic mosques, chasing Moslems, prayers, religious clergies and jurists ,liquidating the Iraqi people and making Iraq empty of its moral and material contents effacing its identity through stealing and firing its cultural and civilized properties for example museums , public libraries , etc. – through dropping their excuses that used as a pressure paper for their aggression against Iraq by gathering alliance against it , a thing that shows that Iraq and the Iraqi people are a planned game by USA and its allies and even by international organizations and establishments , letting these excuses pass either by the USA threat for these establishments by force or bribe or tricks that began with Iraqi people to reach the international establishments and also USA society and the international public opinion. – Among social effects that began to appear in the Iraqi society is what is hit the social structure directly where you find that most negative effects are on the family that deprived of social settlement for a quarter of a century besides the influence of formal and informal social discipline means as one factor of social structure in the Iraqi society. -As it shows that the absence of social deterrent and punishment after the collapsing of the regime, the campaign of stealing began besides social anarchy especially after dissolving Internal and Defence Ministries . It shows that the occupied Forces had betted to create social sedition but the Iraqi realization for these aims led to its failure.– It shows that religious establishment is the most active center in creating these positive circumstances.– It shows that increasing diseases as social effects resulting from collapsing the State and occupation where Iraq is bombed by destructive weapons such as depleted uranium , nuclear radiation , etc. These effects left behind different diseases that were not familiar in the Iraqi society before such as cancer besides psychological and nervous diseases in addition to polluting of environment It shows that the occupied forces acts towards Iraqi people are barbaric and also shows that these forces led by USA and UK are war criminals by violating Geneva and Lahai treaties. – The recent study shows that absence of security especially recurring explosions by mortars or random bomb or car bomb that kill civil people are planned by different sides behind the scenes like the occupied forces or organized gangs or external sides. – The recent study shows the reaction of Iraqi people towards the occupied forces from hatred and malicious to resistance and the savagery of occupied forces to lead these reactions to be Iraqi religious, national resistance from inside Iraq and the followers of the former regime- The statements of the research show that the Iraqi people don’t get only horror, terror, absence of security, increasing the rate of crime, losing their freedom, bad economic conditions, spreading unemployment with the exception of economic recovery , the good afford of purchasing for some merchants in addition to increasing the salaries of the State personnel. It shows through research stopping of developed and social projects for it’s connected of the bad security conditions
