ترجمة الملخص

This research includes the study of samples of pipes made of cast iron subjected to cracks where they were analyzed chemically and determine their primary mechanical properties and then weld it byarc electric welding and choose two types of welding electrodes (Inconel 625, Ni 97.6%) and study the changes of the welding process of these samples such as preheating and heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness, tensile strength, impact resistance of the fusion zone and the thermal impact zone of the welded joints of the cast iron pipes. The practical results showed an improvement in the mechanical properties such as hardness, impact resistance and resistance Tensile significantly. In this research, a good welded joints was obtained, which gave the best properties where it was welded with Ni-976% welding rods with constant preheating. Through the problems that emerged in the structure after welding, the type of heat treatment was determined. The process of tempering on the temperature400C and the Annealing process to eliminate the stresses on the temperature 650C in order to obtain a welded joint of better hardness and tensile strength and resistance to impact
