الملخص

Cette thèse de Doctorat s’articule autour de trois concepts clés: Marginalité, Discours et Contre-Discours. Elle se fonde sur un corpus de quatre films tunisiens réalisés à deux époques différentes avant et après la révolution de 2011, périodes d’effervescence sociale et politique ayant connu de grands mouvements sociaux ayant conduit ou fait suite aux soulèvements populaires d’un peuple assoiffé de liberté et vivant sous le jong d’une misère accablante. La recherche estcentrée sur la typologie des marginaux mis en scène, leurs conditions misérables. Elle remonte la chronologie cinématographique pour montrer une filiation indéniable avec d’autres films des amateurs ou professionnels ayant traité de la question de la marginalité et son rapport avec la condition du cinéaste lui-même victime de marginalisation. La condition de marginal a donné naissance à un contre-discours qui conteste l’ordre établi, les codes sociaux en vigueur. La contestation passe progressivement des lieux clos, fermés, à des lieux publics, ouverts, des quartiers populaires et populeux et des palais squattés de la capitale à la rue qui devient depuis la soulèvements populaires de 2011 le lieu privilégié des contestations populaires.

This doctoral dissertation hangs on three key concepts: Marginality, Speech, and Counter-Speech. The thesis is based on a compilation of four Tunisian movies realized in two different intervals, before and after the Tunisian revolution of 2011. The period of social and political effervescence knew a significant social movement, which conducted to a popular overthrow of people suffering from freedom’s thirst, and wrapped in an overwhelming poverty. The research conducts the typology of marginalized people and their desperate circumstances. The marginal typology enhances the chronological cinematography, which highlights a dishonored filiation of amateurs compared to professionals who have been treated as marginalized and its connection with the conditions of the film maker who is considered as a victim of marginality as well. The marginality condition gave birth to a Counter-speech that contradicts a well-established order and a strong social code. The debate passes progressively from closed areas and spaces to widespread, public places, popular districts, and the state's scattered mansions turning to the 2011 revolution street also known as the privileged place of popular appeals.
