الملخص

Dans cette thèse de master, nous nous intéressons à la simulation et à la modélisation d'une cellule solaire GaAsP / GaAs / InGaAs pour le photovoltaïque. Ce matériau est un alliage semi conducteur du troisième au cinquième niveau avec une révolution de sa structure électronique et d'autres propriétés et a trouvé une large application dans les dispositifs optiques et électroniques. Premièrement, nous avons étudié l'effet de Concentration en phosphore sur différents éléments de la cellule Puis nous avons étudié l'effet de la température sur la cellule pour différents éléments caractéristiques de la cellule
