الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث أثر النظام الدولي على السياسات الخارجية لإيران، يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية بالمجتمع الدولي كذلك إلقاء الضوء على الحملات الإعلامية والدبلوماسية الموجهة لإيران من قبل المجتمع الدولي، تناقش الباحثة في هذا العمل مشكلة البحث المتمثلة في أنَّ السياسات التي انتهجها النظام الدولي تجاه إيران أثرت بصورة كبيرة على سياساتها الخارجية عبر العقوبات المختلفة وهي سياسية، اقتصادية، عسكرية وأمنية وذلك لأنَّ المجتمع يَعْتَبِر إيران مهددة للسلم والأمن الدوليين، من خلال برنامجها النووي ونسبة للأطماع الإيرانية، وقد أثارت هذه المشكلة تساؤلات عديدة: إلى أي مدى أثر النظام الدولي على السياسات الخارجية لإيران؟ ما هي الأهداف من فرض العقوبات على إيران؟ تعالج الباحثة مشكلة البحث في عدة إجابات ظنية مثل أثر النظام الدولي على السياسات الخارجية لإيران من خلال العقوبات المفروضة عليها حيث يقوم النظام الدولي بفرض عقوبات على إيران لمنعها من امتلاك الأسلحة النووية. أُستخدمًّ مناهج البحث مثل المنهج التاريخي لدراسة الخلفية التاريخية لمراحل تطور الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية سياسياً واقتصادياً كما أُستخدم المنهج الوصفي لتقديم وصف تفصيلي لمدى تأثير النظام الدولي على إيران وقد تمَّ إستخدام المنهج المقارن للمقارنة بين إيران والدول الأخرى، وخاصة الدول التي لديها مفاعلات نووية مثل الدول الغربية، إسرائيل، الهند، باكستان، وكذلك كوريا الشمالية في إطار ما يسمى بالمنهج التكاملي وتوصلت الباحثة إلى نتائج أهمها استطاع النظام الدولي التأثير على السياسات الخارجية لإيران من خلال العقوبات المفروضة عليها، تعد إيران لاعباً مؤثراً قوياً في المعادلة السياسية إقليمياً ودولياً ومن أهم التوصيات التي وضعتها الباحثة أنَّ على إيران تغيير سياساتها لمواجهة ما يسمى بالعقوبات المفروضة عليها من خلال إبرام الإتفاقيات مع المجتمع الدولي.

The research studies the impact of the international system on Iran's foreign policy. The objective of the research is to identify the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the international community, and also shed light on the media and diplomatic campaigns directed against Iran from the international community, the researcher tries to discuss the problem in its research, which is that the policies adopted by the international regime towards Iran have greatly affected on its foreign policy through various political, economic, military and security sanctions because the international community sees Iran as a threat to international peace and security in regards to its nuclear program, and because of the Iranian expansionist ambitions, this problem has raised many questions, such as to what extent the international regime has affected Iran's foreign policy? What are the objectives of imposing sanctions on Iran? The researcher explains the problem of research in several answers, such as the impact of the international regime on Iran's foreign policies through the sanctions imposed on it, as the international system also placed sanctions on Iran to prevent it from possessing nuclear weapons. The researcher used the historical method to study the historical background of the stages of development of the Islamic Republic of Iran politically and economically. The researcher also used the descriptive approach to provide a detailed description of the impact of the international system on Iran., also the comparative method was used to compare Iran and other countries, especially those with nuclear reactors such as Western countries Israel, India and Pakistan as well as North Korea by what's called an integrated approach, and the researcher reached to most important conclusions, some of them are: The international system was able to influence Iran's foreign policies through sanctions imposed on it. The most important recommendations presented by the researcher, are: Iran must change its policy to meet the sanctions imposed on it through the making agreements with the international community.
