الملخص
Durant ce projet, nous avons développé l'idée d'un Centre de La Mer, ou l'objectif principal était de regrouper tous acteur ayant une activité en rapport avec la mer et sa protection. Le site proposé fait partie de l'image emblématique d’Alger, et s'inscrit dans un programme de développement au profit de la capitale. Nous y avons développé notre projet de fin d'études en le traitant sur plusieurs dimensions : urbaine, fonctionnelle, architecturale, structurale, environnementale et sociale. , en utilisant tout ce qui se présenté à nous comme atouts et contraintes. Notre souhait est d'avoir contribué positivement à sensibiliser l'opinion universitaire et publique à ce type de projet globale et d'utilité environnementale.

- During this project, we developed the idea of a Center of the Sea, where the main objective was to bring together all actors having an activity related to the sea and its protection. The proposed site is part of the emblematic image of Algiers, and is part of a development program for the benefit of the capital. We developed our end-of-study project there by treating it on several dimensions: urban, functional, architectural, structural, environmental and social. , using everything that is presented to us as strengths and constraints. Our wish is to have contributed positively to sensitizing academic and public opinion to this type of global project of environmental utility.
