الملخص

Deux méthodes de calcul sismique sont définies par les règles parasismiques Algériennes RPA99/2003, la méthode statique équivalente et la méthode modale spectrale, et les tracés des spectres élastiques de ces méthodes montrent clairement une surestimation de l’amplitude du spectre de la méthode modale dans un rapport de 1.25. Contrairement au RPA99/2003, l’Eurocode 8 et l’UBC 97 ne présentent pas cette différence, ainsi, pour vérifier les dispositions réglementaires vis-à-vis de la définition du spectre de calcul, deux structures en béton armé ont été utilisées pour comparer leurs réponses sous l’effet des deux méthodes de calcul, ainsi qu’une comparaison entre le RPA l’EC8 et l’UBC 97 afin de montrer l’effet de la prise en compte du champ proche et du champ lointain, et du coefficient de site dans la définition du spectre de calcul. Une autre analyse sismique consistant à l’ étude de l’influence de la distance à la source et de la magnitude du séisme sur la réponse des deux bâtiments a été faite en utilisant des spectres expérimentaux obtenus à partir de la banque de données de mouvements forts enregistrés par le réseau national d’accélérographes Algérien géré par le CGS à des distances et des magnitudes variables.

The Algerian earthquake resistant rules RPA99/2003 define two methods of seismic design, the static equivalent method and the modal spectral method, the tracings of elastic spectra of these methods show a clear overestimation of the amplitude spectrum of the modal method in a ratio of 1.25. Unlike RPA99/2003, Eurocode 8 and UBC 97 don’t show this difference, so to verify the regulations towards the definition of the design spectrum, two reinforced concrete structures were used to compare their seismic responses under the effect of the two methods of design, also a comparison between the RPA the EC8 and UBC 97 is made to show the effect of taking into account the near and far field, and site factor in the definition of design spectrum. Another seismic analysis consists in studying the influence of the distance to the source and magnitude of the earthquake on the response of the two buildings, has been done using experimental spectra obtained from the database of strong motion registered by the national network of Algerian accelographs managed by the CGS for variable distances and magnitudes. (يحدد النظام الجزائري المضاد للزلازل RPA99/2003 طريقتين للحساب الزلزالي، الأولى هي الطريقة الساكنة (المتوازنة)، والثانية هي طريقة الطيف المشروطة، وبيان الطيف المرن لهاتين الطريقتين يدل على وجود مبالغة في تقدير سعة الطيف لطريقة الطيف المشروطة بنسبة 1.25 عكس ال RPA99/2003 لا نلاحظ هذا الاختلاف في النظام الأوربي 8 Eurocode وال UBC 97، و لهذا كي نستطيع التحقق من الحالة النظامية تماشيا مع تعيين طيف الحساب الزلزالي، ارتأينا استعمال بنايتين من الخرسانة المسلحة لإجراء مقارنة بين الطريقتين الحسابيتين في النظم الثلاثة المضادة للزلازل RPA وEC8 وUBC 97 لإظهار تأثير الأخذ بعين الاعتبار قرب أو بعد الحقل الزلزالي وكذا معامل، قمنا أيضا بتحليل زلزالي يتعلق بدراسة تأثير المسافة التي تفصل مركز الهزة والموقع في تعريف طيف الحساب الزلزال وكذا شدتها على استجابة البنايتين باستعمال الطيف التجريبي المحصل عليه من بنك معطيات تسجيل الهزات العنيفة والمعروف باسم الشبكة الوطنية لراسم التسارع الزلزالي المسير من طرف مركز الهندسة الزلزالية CGS).
